A screenprint by Jasper Johns, one of the most influential American artists of the 20th century. Executed in 1977 on translucent Patapar printing parchment, this untitled composition (ULAE 186/S13) features interlocking fields of green, orange, purple, and white, arranged in a dynamic all-over pattern. Created in collaboration with Universal Limited Art Editions (ULAE), the print is a compelling example of Johns’ interest in repetition, perception, and semiotic form. Medium: Screenprint in colors on Patapar printing parchment Dimensions: Sight 9 ¾ x 9 ¾ in. Provenance: Acquired in 1976 by a Wellesley College student on the recommendation of her printmaking professor, who noted the catalogue featured an original Jasper Johns print. She later became an art professor at UC Davis. Pickup & Shipping: Free pickup in Gardnerville, NV. Transfer to the Sacramento Annex facility available for $25. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. for $75 + 1.5% insurance (unless waived in writing). All FedEx packages are sent with Direct Signature Required. Combined lot shipping available.

Not examined out of frame. Presents well with expected toning and slight edge irregularities consistent with the delicate nature of the parchment medium.
