A rare and original advertising print promoting Capitol O.K. Whiskey, featuring the image titled The Beauty of the Ranch, copyrighted 1910 by M. Boettiger. The piece is preserved in its original period frame, incised with gold lettering: “CAPITOL O. K. WHISKEY” across the top and “ROTH & CO, AGENTS” at the base. Retains the original backing board stamped by Schussler Bros., a known San Francisco framing company active in the early 20th century. M. Boettiger was among the leading publishers of Western-themed advertising art in this period, producing chromolithographic signage for bars, saloons, and spirit distributors throughout California. Roth & Co. operated as regional whiskey agents, while Capitol O.K. Whiskey branded itself with patriotic and frontier motifs.
