A Danish Modern rosewood extension dining table attributed to the designs of Ejner Larsen (1917–1987) and Aksel Bender Madsen (1916–2000) and produced by Copenhagen cabinetmaker Willy Beck. Although the table is unmarked, it was acquired new with the accompanying dining suite while the original owner was serving overseas in the U.S. military and has remained with the suite ever since. Its design, construction, proportions, and materials are consistent with the documented chairs offered in the preceding lot.

Designed with the clean lines and understated elegance that define Danish Modern furniture, the table expands from a compact everyday form to accommodate larger gatherings while maintaining its balanced proportions. The richly figured rosewood displays exceptional grain and coloration throughout, illustrating the careful material selection for which Willy Beck’s workshop is recognized.
