A decorative pair of early 20th-century whiskey back bar bottles featuring vivid label-under-glass panels with female portraiture. The “Whiskey” bottle shows a reclining woman in a red plumed headdress, while the “Rye” bottle features a queenly figure with crown, tassels, and beaded jewelry. Both labels are rich in gold and pastel tones, designed to catch the eye of saloon patrons. The “Whiskey” bottle retains a cork; the “Rye” includes its original cap with chain.
