Royal Canadian Mint 2009 Gold Maple Leaf one-ounce bullion coin struck in .9999 fine gold. Introduced in 1979, the Gold Maple Leaf is among the world’s most respected bullion issues, prized for its exceptional purity and iconic maple leaf reverse. The obverse bears the effigy of Queen Elizabeth II by Susanna Blunt with a face value of 50 dollars, while the reverse features Canada’s national emblem, the sugar maple leaf. Contains one troy ounce of pure gold. As legal tender gold bullion coinage, this lot is exempt from applicable California sales tax.
