14K yellow gold American Waltham pocket watch featuring a rare natural gold quartz inlay to the back panel. The full hunter case is ornately engine-turned with floral detailing around the dial and a bold bow. The white enamel dial is signed “A.W.Co” and “Waltham” with Roman numerals and blued steel hands. The 7-jewel movement is marked “Wm. Ellery” and bears serial number 1835591, dating production to October–December 1882, with gilt finish, 3/4 plate, and lever setting in hunting configuration.
