This large and deeply formed Yavapai bowl is woven on a 3-rod willow foundation using split willow and devil’s claw. The decoration features an overall composition of alternating positive and negative triangles containing checkered panels, crosses, human figures, and ghost-like torsos with arms raised—a powerful combination of form and symbolic imagery.
Dimensions: 10 ¼ x 13 ¾ in.
