Ruby, diamond and pearl 18k necklace containing 1 hear shaped ruby (approximately 2 carats), 120 square rubies (approximately 9.60 carats / lightly included), 452 round brilliant and single cut diamonds (8.5 ct TW / VS / FGH) and saltwater pearls (8.5-9mm). Total gross weight: 66.29 grams.
One diamond missing on the roundel, rubies are slightly included.
