Geschutz" along with a lapel pin, 2 lapel badges, and 2 ribbon bars (pins enclosed in small riker mount); a German Red Cross member's handbook published in Leipzig in 1939, in excellent condition and extremely rare; a German Red Cross armband, "Hilfs Krankentrager" The flag has minor moth damage but is overall very good; the pins are excellent, as is the handbook and the arm band. The stamps are mint.
