A very fine Colt Police revolver originally manufactured in 1861, converted to .38 caliber cartridge, with nickel plating, serial number 2534. The conversion is a complete one, including ejector, loading gate, and modified hammer. The gun has deep clear etching of the stagecoach scene on the cylinder, and all serial numbers match except for the loading lever. Size: 10 ¬Ω inches long overall, with a 4 ¬Ω inch barrel.
