Al and Mae Capone's decorative Louis XVI Revival arm chairs with encircling ornately carved body in gold finish, surrounding and carved in foliate designs. The high serpentine crests rise into wing style and descend at each side into ornate pierced Acanthus carved supports, then rising again to high arm rests descending to acanthus scrolling hand rests. Recovered in dark pink floral brocade, the seat backs button tufted to a single conforming loose cushion, the front legs and feet span a decorative apron, the legs cabriole form. Circa 1920-1930.
