1968 Gibson signature model Barney Kessel Custom hollowbody electric jazz guitar. The double cutaway design offers access to the lower area on the fretboard previously unseen on jazz guitars. Guitar is made with a spruce top, maple sides and back and a mahogany neck with a Brazilian rosewood fretboard. Custom model features bowtie mother of pearl inlays and a more elaborate inlay on head. Two gold plated Humbucker pickups. Guitar features a wooden badge fitted in the trapeze tailpiece adorned with Barney Kessel's name. Guitar comes with Gibson case featuring a golden liner.
Pickup & Shipping: Free Gardnerville, NV pickup. $25 invoice transfer to the Annex Facility in Sacramento. Shipping via FedEx Ground/Home with signature required for $150 + 1.5% insurance (unless waived in writing). Reduced shipping available for multiple lot purchases when possible.
