18K yellow gold ring centered by a square-cut yellow sapphire weighing approximately 12.68 carats, measuring 12.8 × 11.7 × 9.2 mm. The sapphire is accented by twelve princess-cut diamonds totaling approximately 0.24 carat, graded VS-1 clarity and G–H color, twenty-eight baguette-cut diamonds totaling approximately 0.84 carat, graded VS-1 clarity and G–H color, and four bezel-set round brilliant-cut diamonds totaling approximately 0.20 carat, graded VS-2 clarity and I color. The yellow sapphire has been fracture filled.

Overall good condition with light wear consistent with age and use. The center yellow sapphire has been fracture filled.
