18K yellow gold ring set with twenty-nine (29) round brilliant-cut diamonds totaling approximately .40 carat (VS-2 to SI-1 clarity, H–I color) and forty-four (44) pavé-set round rubies totaling approximately 1.32 carats. The domed design is centered by a band of diamonds bordered by rows of vivid rubies.
