An 18K yellow gold necklace featuring an 18-inch heavy link chain and a detachable heart-shaped clasp pendant centered by a heart-shaped sapphire weighing approximately 5.26 carats, surrounded by an inner halo of 30 tapered baguette diamonds totaling approximately 1.20 carats and an outer halo of 35 round brilliant-cut diamonds totaling approximately 1.05 carats. Accompanied by a 2021 appraisal from Geoffrey’s Diamonds & Goldsmith describing the sapphire as SI clarity with a bluish color, medium-dark tone, and strong saturation, the baguette diamonds as VS1, G/H color, and the round brilliant diamonds as VS2, G/H color, assigning a retail replacement value of $33,328.
