14K yellow gold omega-style necklace with a symmetrical diamond-set center motif, accented by twelve round brilliant-cut diamonds totaling approximately 1.41 carats, graded VS-2 clarity and I–J color, together with sixteen graduated channel-set baguette diamonds totaling approximately 1.39 carats, graded VS-1 clarity and H color. The omega chain measures 4.0 mm in width, 20 inches in length, and weighs 35.2 grams.
